Come As You Are
When L asked me for a playlist devoted exclusively to 90's music, my mind instinctively turned to the Seattle grunge scene, Nirvana et al. But when I started looking through my music collection, I realized there is so much more diversity to that decade. In that ten years' time, I myself lived in four countries on three different continents, and I traveled to many more. With so much material to choose from, I felt I would be doing a disservice to her by not including those artists she might not be familiar with, in addition to those in the American Top 40. After all, isn't that one of the purposes of this blog-- to introduce you the reader to a new favorite? I find I'm still discovering music from the 70's, 80's, 90's and every decade before and since that somehow escaped my notice the first time around. Here's a loooong list of 90's music. Hope you find within a hidden gem.
